"Stormalong was a giant captain in the days of wooden ships and iron men, who flew over the seven blue seas under a cloud of sails. He is admired by many for his bold seamanship and wild adventures. But this captain has a dark and evil side as well..."

Stormalong is a twelve-page compendium of seafaring adventure for use with Cairn, Into the Odd and other Mark of the Odd games (but easily adapted to any OSR-style game). It is based on the American folk tales of Alfred Bulltop “Old Stormy” Stormalong – a giant sea captain hailing from the North Atlantic during the age of great sailing vessels.

This compendium includes:

  • History and statblock for Captain Stormalong
  • Map and description of rooms aboard the Courser
  • Unexpected encounters aboard the Courser
  • Jack Tars: crew NPCs and a new character background
  • Rules for underwater actions
  • History, statblocks and NPC spark table for Stormalong's nemeses

Use Stormalong in a current campaign or create a new game based on the captain and his gigantic ship.

Stormalong is Human Made.
